Zarwa Return & Refund Policy

Return the screen: 

Consumers may begin a return in seven days from the delivery date.

Requirements:

Products must be undamaged, unopened, and in their original packing, with all tags and seals still in place.

Return Procedure:

1. Get in touch with our customer service department at customersupport@localhost /+92 3263265555 to start the return process.

2. A return authorization number and instructions will be sent by our staff.

Return Permission Number: 

– Customers’ return packages must prominently display the return permission number that was issued.

Return Shipping:

– Return shipping expenses are at the expense of the purchaser.

Examination and Authorization:

– As soon as our staff receives the returned product, they will be examined to make sure that the return policy is followed.

– The reimbursement will be processed if the products satisfy our requirements.

Refund:

After receiving the returned items, refunds will be handled in a maximum of three business days.

– The reimbursement will be applied to your bank transfer or Jazz Cash balance.

Non-Returnable Items:

-Cosmetics that have been used or opened cannot be returned.

– No returns will be accepted for any products that are not in their original packing or condition.

Exceptions: 

– Customers must get in touch with us within seven days of delivery if they receive damaged or an incorrect products in order to get a replacement or refund.

The Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

We put a lot of effort into satisfying our clients’ demands. We urge customers to contact us if they are not entirely happy with their purchase. We’ll try to come up with a plan that satisfies their requirements.
